In addition to record funding, the Live Local Act tasks Florida Housing Finance Corporation with implementing or assisting in the implementation of several new programs, including the Live Local Corporate Tax Credit Program and the Multifamily Middle Market Certification. In this workshop, Florida Housing staff will provide the latest information on how these programs on other aspects of Florida Housing's expanded role will be operationalized.
