Meaningful community engagement is the lynchpin for equitable planning outcomes.  There are many best practices to consider when conducting outreach to neighbors and stakeholders.  There is no one model for effective engagement but there are standard principles to consider such as establishing relationships, building trust, offering transparency, and promoting open and equitable participation. In this session learn about implementing engagement strategies that address the shift in social behavior post pandemic and participate in an interactive presentation demonstrating innovative methods of engagement that can be used both on-site and virtually.
