Locating affordable and diverse housing options near amenities such as transit is a long-standing best practice. This session will provide insights from recent transit corridor and transit-oriented development efforts around the state incorporating affordable and missing middle housing. Discussion will include how the Live Local Act (2023) and additional provisions adopted in HB 1339 (2020) may further these efforts.
