In this session, Florida Housing Finance Corporation (FHFC) will discuss the upcoming 2023/2024 RFA cycle information and updates to affordable housing development financing programs that are administered by FHFC.  Presenters will review the application process for financing opportunities used to build and rehabilitate multifamily affordable housing developments.  The session will provide an overview of the FHFC website, the timing of the Application process, financing programs, and updates to the RFA process.  Attendees will learn about opportunities for technical assistance that is available through FHFC’s Catalyst Program and loan funding for emerging nonprofit developers, PHAs, and local governments through the Predevelopment Loan Program (PLP).
