Many solutions are needed to increase housing opportunities for people that have difficulties qualifying to rent a home. This session will feature a panel discussion defining low barrier housing, why it is needed in the community, how its implemented, challenges, what property managers need including reasonable financial assurances to protect investments while doing good and more.
