Having managed through the Mortgage Crisis and COVID, affordable housing organizations and the businesses that support them are now bracing for a long-anticipated recession that has been surprisingly slow in unfolding.  The implications vary in terms of probability, magnitude and duration, and the solutions to manage through the challenge are equally complex.  Our team will examine historical experiences and a range of possible outcomes and strategies to address the shock.
